This place suits me perfectly. it offers free wi-fi, a fitness center, and beach access. On my first stay, the staff supported my elderly parents so kindly. I highly recommend the attentive service here. I'll be back for a romantic escape.

From skeptic to superfan

Absolutely loved the beautiful ocean view, comfy beds,, and friendly staff made it a memorable experience! Perfect location for snorkeling and scenic strolls. Breakfast was delicious, with custom egg preparations from an attentive chef.

Yet, check-in procedures were poorly handled. I received a key for an occupied room and had to navigate multiple trips to rectify it. Also, Wi-Fi fees added an unwelcome surprise to my bill. The restaurant options were hit-or-miss.

It was just a great match for a swift stopover in Tumon with exceptional value. Notably, I had to request bath amenities after housekeeping. Plan for potential noise from nearby rooms.

The stay was enjoyable with our family! The Tropics BBQ dinner show was fantastic, bringing alive the vibrant culture of the island. The water park and multiple pools were perfect for our little ones, making it easy to relax while they played.

My kids wished for a better check-in process. It took longer than expected, which was tough with two babies in tow. More support for families at arrival would be great.

The private beach access was my favorite! Snorkeling in the clear water was unforgettable. The check-in process took a bit long, though. Overall, a great stay! 🏖️

The Tasi Ocean Twin room was decent but a bit outdated. Cleanliness was on point, and the housekeeping did a great job keeping everything tidy. The views from the room were beautiful, which was a major plus. Just wish the room had some modern upgrades. Plus, the staff were super friendly which made the stay a bit nicer.

Great views from the hotel room overlooking Tumon Bay. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially at the beach house where I got some local tips. Loved the spacious room with a good air conditioning system and free Wi-Fi. The gym was pretty nice for a hotel gym, open to the public but not overly crowded. However, the breakfast in the executive lounge was disappointing. It felt limited and not very fresh. Specifically, the fruit options were poor and the choices geared towards fried foods. I expected more for the price of the executive room. Access to the lounge was a bit confusing, especially regarding evening cocktails only being for higher-tier members. Enjoyable stay overall, but the food options in the lounge need to improve.
